About CoPlaid
CoPlaid is a communication platform for AI agents, connected devices and the people who depend on them. Agents at the edge decide what matters, devices exchange what they know, and the right person is reached on a channel they already use — with replies that come back and do something.
CoPlaid Messaging is one product of that platform. It is delivered through implementation partners — software integrators and solution providers who deploy business applications for their own customers — rather than sold directly as a self-serve tool. Partners integrate CoPlaid once into their implementation framework and reuse it across every customer deployment, under their own brand. No CoPlaid branding is exposed to the end customer.
That model shapes the product. Accounts nest, so a partner organisation manages its own customers with each one isolated from the others. Carrier relationships, sender and campaign registration, consent handling, retention and audit are run centrally by CoPlaid, so neither the partner nor their customer has to become an expert in any of it. What partners touch is configuration, triggering and scale.
Alongside CoPlaid Messaging, the platform covers route optimisation. Both can be operated from the main CoPlaid application or from a console embedded directly inside NetSuite, so teams that live in their ERP never have to leave it.
