--- title: CoPlaid Messaging description: The communication layer implementation partners don't want to build, but always need. Integrate once, reuse across every customer. url: https://msg.coplaid.ai/ site: CoPlaid audience: Software implementation partners, system integrators and solution providers updated: 2026-08-29 --- # The communication layer you don't want to build. Every implementation runs into the same requirement: notify a customer, confirm an appointment, alert a field team. Building that messaging logic again for each project is slow, expensive and risky. CoPlaid gives you one communication layer to integrate once and reuse across every customer you deploy. Integrate once. Reuse across every customer. Fully white-labelled. ## The problem we solve CoPlaid is built for software implementation partners, system integrators and solution providers who deploy business applications and keep meeting communication requirements along the way. **It comes up every time.** Notifications triggered by business events. Appointment and job updates. Transactional alerts. Customer and employee communications. The list repeats from customer to customer, barely changing. **Building it each time is costly.** Custom messaging logic per project consumes delivery time you priced for something else, and every bespoke build is another thing to maintain long after the implementation closed. **And it carries real risk.** Reaching people at scale is regulated. Getting sender registration, consent or opt-out handling wrong is not a bug you patch quietly — it is a liability sitting inside your customer's deployment. ## What you never build Your customers should never meet a compliance process. This is the part CoPlaid absorbs entirely. Carrier relationships, sender and campaign registration, consent, opt-out enforcement, retention and audit are ours to run. Nobody on your side or your customer's side has to become an expert in any of it. You configure, trigger and scale — that is the whole surface you touch. - **No carrier integrations.** No accounts to open, no connectivity to negotiate, no provider APIs to learn. - **No compliance research.** Sender and campaign registration is run for you, and kept current as the rules move. - **No opt-out logic to maintain.** Opt-in and opt-out are enforced by the platform, before anything reaches an operator. - **No message logging to build.** History, delivery state and audit trails come with the platform, exportable. - **No per-customer rework.** Behaviour stays consistent across every deployment, because it is the same layer underneath. ## NetSuite console For customers who live in NetSuite, CoPlaid ships a SuiteScript bundle that puts the whole messaging console inside their NetSuite instance. It renders in NetSuite's own UI shell — the header, global search and navigation menu stay exactly where they were — so it reads as part of the system, not a link out of it. No separate CoPlaid login. - **In the NetSuite shell.** A Suitelet renders the console through NetSuite's own form layer, keeping its chrome and navigation intact. Users always have a way back. - **Scoped console keys.** Each console is opened by its own key, scoped to one product and to a read-write or read-only access mode. A key also carries a NetSuite host allowlist controlling which pages may embed it. Cross-use is refused server-side. - **Installed in 15–20 minutes.** Upload the script, create the Suitelet and its deployment, paste the console key, add it to the navigation menu. An optional dashboard portlet gives users a launcher tile. The bundle ships with a full install guide. What your customers get in there: **Dashboard** (delivery and response activity at a glance), **Message templates** (the wording your customer sends, edited by your customer), **Dynamic variables** (values pulled from the record that raised the message), **Response rules** (what an inbound reply should do), and **Subscribers** (who is reachable, and who has opted out). A second console covers Route Optimisation, installed the same way with its own key. ## Built for reuse **Single integration, many customers.** Integrate CoPlaid into your implementation framework once, then reuse it across every customer deployment with consistent messaging behaviour throughout. New projects inherit it rather than rebuilding it. **Event-driven messaging.** Trigger messages directly from business workflows — operational, transactional and service communications, with two-way messaging wherever a reply needs to do something. **White-label friendly.** Messages appear as customer-owned communications. No CoPlaid branding is exposed anywhere your customer or their end users can see. You stay the solution provider. ## Integration-first design CoPlaid was designed to be called by other software, not to be a destination. There is no front end you are obliged to adopt and no framework you have to match. - RESTful APIs for notifications, workflows, subscriptions and templates. - Secure API key authentication over HTTPS, scoped per account. - Works with backend systems, job schedulers and business logic. - No dependency on UI frameworks. ## Visibility - Delivery and response metrics across the account. - Campaign-level reporting for each use case you run. - Logs for troubleshooting and for the audit that follows it. - Exportable data for billing and reconciliation. ## Common scenarios Job and service notifications · appointment confirmations and reminders · order and transaction updates · customer support communications · employee and field staff alerts · regulated notifications where the audit trail matters · escalations · scheduled recurring campaigns. All powered by a single, consistent platform. ## Why partners choose CoPlaid - Reduce custom development on every customer. - Accelerate project delivery timelines. - Move compliance risk off your delivery and onto the platform. - Standardise communication across every implementation. - Future-proof your solutions with a reusable messaging layer. ## Getting started 1. **Integrate CoPlaid into your framework** — once, into the implementation stack you already use. 2. **Configure each customer's messaging** — through the APIs, or the console if they prefer to self-serve. 3. **Deploy consistently across projects** — the same behaviour every time, with no bespoke rebuild. 4. **Let CoPlaid handle the rest** — compliance, carriers and operations stay with us. ## Frequently asked questions **Do our customers have to deal with messaging compliance?** No. Carrier connectivity, sender and campaign registration, opt-in and opt-out enforcement, retention and audit logging are handled by CoPlaid. Your customers do not research it, build it or maintain it, and neither do you. **Do we integrate once, or once per customer?** Once. CoPlaid is designed to be integrated into your implementation framework a single time and reused across every customer deployment, with consistent messaging behaviour throughout. **Will our customers see CoPlaid branding?** No. Messages appear as customer-owned communications and no CoPlaid branding is exposed. You remain the primary solution provider. **How does the NetSuite console work?** A Suitelet renders the messaging console inside NetSuite's own UI shell, so the NetSuite header, global search and navigation stay visible around it. Users manage templates, variables, response rules and subscribers without a separate CoPlaid login. Setup takes about 15 to 20 minutes and uses a scoped console key. **What does the integration actually require?** REST APIs over HTTPS with API key authentication, covering notifications, workflows, subscriptions and templates. It works with backend systems, job schedulers and business logic, with no dependency on a UI framework. **What kinds of messages does this cover?** Job and service notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, order and transaction updates, customer support communications, employee and field staff alerts, and compliance-sensitive notifications — all through one platform. ## Contact Partnerships: · Support: · Partner portal: Developer resources: · OpenAPI: Related: [CoPlaid platform](https://coplaid.ai/) · [CoPlaid Route Optimisation](https://route.coplaid.ai/)
